Yes, when I first entered the practice, I was greeted, kindly greeted, and I was taken back quickly within five minutes. I didn't have to wait a long time. Everyone was very professional, and the doctor was very professional, and kind, and personable. So I really enjoyed my visit, and I would highly recommend this clinic to others.

I would say everything was good. I enjoyed the practice. The only thing that was disturbing or not really up to snuff, when I walked into the door, I stood in front of the lady for two to three minutes waiting for her to even acknowledge me. She was typing with her head down. She didn't even look up. She didn't say a word. She just kept typing. The other thing is when she, I gave her an insurance that she wasn't familiar with. She, I don't know, she took the information down. She definitely took the information down wrong because I gave her member ID and group ID, but she didn't take down my member number. So they had to call me back to figure out what my member ID number was. I tried to give her like I wanted to give her the information, but she just acted like she didn't want to take it. It was, I don't know, she made me a nice person.

Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Stanke was very pleasant to speak with. Two things: 1. Parking is an issue at the facility. 2. The assistant who took my vital signs was quick to ask if I had high blood pressure, when in fact it was a problem with the equipment during the first measurement. My blood pressure is always normal to low.

The medical assistant came in and gave me the directions for my colonoscopy she stated someone will call me to schedule, someone called and left a message I called back the person who call was out to lunch the person I talked to try to schedule me but she couldn't she said she will leave a message for the person who called me, I waited for several hours no phone call, so I called back to schedule my appointment the girl couldn't help me she stated she will leave a message to the one who called me, still waiting for the call, i give Dr. Stanke 10 stars. Hope I get a call back soon or I will have to find another Doctor.
