I went in this AM for blood work and I needed to see a doctor for another issue. They were able to get me scheduled for the afternoon but as I was waiting for blood work someone had canceled their appointment and they were able to get me in at 915 am . I was extremely happy and they were able to address my problem. Thank you to the ladies up front and Doctor and nurse for helping me today.

Everyone at the facility was very nice, especially Morgan at the front desk. She was very helpful, knew everything at the desk, got me checked in very quickly. I loved Amy. I even liked the practitioner who took us to the back, very helpful, seeing everything that she did. She washed her hands. She took in everything I was telling her correctly. I absolutely loved Amy. She listened to me. She did make sure everything I was saying to her, she understood. She even took me to the hospital, didn't tell me about my health. I would refer Amy to anybody. Very loving, caring young lady, definitely.

I'd also like to say that phlebotomist Cheldia F. was phenomenal at her job. I'm not one for liking needles but she relaxed me made me comfortable and I didn't feel a thing. Great office, great people, great attitudes. I really enjoyed my visit to Wellstar Family Care Dallas.
