The only thing I don't like is that they tell you to get their 15 minutes early, then make you wait 20 to 30 minutes past your appointment time before you get taken back.

It was obvious Amy had reviewed my chart prior to coming in. She showed compassion and concern as we discussed my current condition as well as my history of sinus issues. She suggested ideas of how to deal with the issues going forward. I have only seen her once prior to this visit but she made me feel like I saw her on a regular basis. I trust her fully. I was very impressed with her preparedness, knowledge, and the true sense of caring she showed during my visit. She is AWESOME! I hope my comments are shared with her and others.
