She explains things, you can ask questions, she goes over everything in your chart with you. You could not ask for a more professional person. And so I say keep Amanda Cooper. She's great.

The reception was very professional and nice. Dr. Cooper was awesome. My appointment went very nice starting with the calling of my name. Every thing was smooth and the staff who did my blood pressure was nice and friendly.

There was no parking at all when I arrived. I was almost late going from front to back of the building looking for some place to park until finally one space opened up. There were not very many people inside. I don't know what I would have done if that one person didn't leave at that time.

She listens to my concerns and provides me with answers/suggestions as best she can. If Dr Vollrath isn't available I have no problems with seeing Ms Cooper if she is available.
