The cuts that Wellstar made really hurt my primary care. Working short staff leaves room for error. Diamond when works in the lab need to be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty. She is a special gem.

Everyone was courteous and accommodating. No problem there. I've always had a good experience with my appointments. However, today I experienced longer than usual wait time for labs. My appointment never took more than an hour to complete with lans included. Today it took 1.5 hrs. It seems to be a staffing shortage. I hope this will not be the norm.

Under staffed. After my visit I signed in for bloodwork and waited for 1 hour. Then someone came out and said it would be 2 more hours. Suggested I make a lab appointment but staff were not allowed to make lab appointments. So now I will have to go another day.

Love the doctor and the staff. The facility itself seems to be diminished in ways, less staff, very long waits to get lab work and the lab seems to be terribly understaffed. I've been going to this location since the practice moved there years ago but the facility doesn't seem as nice or as vibrant as it once did.
