Seeing Dr. Yamin was fine - no issues. She did listen to my health concerns and made recommendations and set up lab work to rule out some issues. However, the lab staff is another story. Don't get me wrong the ladies know their stuff and are doing a great job; however, they are so understaffed that it took almost an hour to be seen. When I signed it, there were only 4 patients ahead of me - yet it took forever to be called back for the blood draw. Again, the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and did a great job getting what they needed from me when I have veins that are shot from chemo - they need more assistance/staff to support the patients and cut that wait time down to a manageable level.

She truly cares about me as a patient, and because of this, my daughter has recently become a patient of Dr Yamin. Dr Yamin's assistant Priscilla is a gem. She is always very pleasant and makes me comfortable and relaxed at every visit. She is professional and caring and the absolute sweetest.

The front desk assistant was very pleasant. My doctor's assistant was also very pleasant as was my doctor. My doctor listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I never felt rushed. My wait time in the lobby was under five minutes.

Also two, the two ladies at the front desk always they've been very nice and courteous and very helpful and I appreciate also two, I'd like to say that physician assistant Henley over on the other side of the office, she was really nice and helpful as well. I didn't see the Dr until over an hour after my scheduled time. Then had to wait over an hour and a half for labs!! I was there for almost 3 hours- fasting. This is unacceptable. Also the Dr is literally reading questions off the screen and I feel like she doesn't know me or really care at all.
