The Specialty Center at WellStar Windy Hill Hospital is a 36-bed long-term acute care hospital for patients who have conditions that require an extended hospital stay of 25 days or more. Specialty Center patients are admitted from acute-care hospitals and frequently have been in an intensive care setting prior to transfer.
