The TARGET: Diabetes initiative is aimed at reversing the rise of Type 2 diabetes in WellStar communities. The program was named a 2006 Achievement Award Winner for Leadership by the Georgia Diabetes and Prevention Program (part of the Georgia Department of Human Resources).
