Construction Updates: WellStar Kennestone Hospital's campus continues to grow. The entrance to the Jean and Mack Henderson Women's Center at Kennestone is closed to allow for the construction of a new medical office building. Please note that this is NOT a permanent closure, but it will be part of an extended project lasting approximately one year. All visitors need to use the Blue Parking Deck and enter through the Main Hospital Entrance. The Cancer Center Deck closed on Sunday, Sept. 20 and will remain closed through March 2010. This closure will allow for the additional levels to be added to the existing structure in preparation for the opening of the medical office building. Atherton Place residents/visitors and Health Place visitors should park in the Employee Parking Deck and Cancer Center visitors should park in the Blue Parking Deck beginning Sunday, Sept. 20. The shuttle services for Atherton Place, the Cancer Center and Health Place is outlined below.
Shuttle Service Hours
Atherton Place/Health Place Shuttle (from Employee Parking Deck)
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Cancer Center Shuttle (from Blue Parking Deck)
Monday - Friday: 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
