Children have always fascinated me. When I went to medical school I knew I would choose a specialty that involved caring for kids. In school, I learned about the remarkable ways children develop and about their amazing resilience and ability to thrive. Those are just some of the things that make my job as a Pediatrician fun and rewarding. I enjoy partnering with families to achieve good health for their children, not just for their bodies, but also for their minds and spirits. I earned my Doctorate in Medicine from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, in 1998 and completed my residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, in 2001. I’m Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
