Our practice vision is to treat each and every patient with the utmost respect and empathy. Our staff thrives to establish a loving and personal relationship with every patient. This partnership allows the patient and the staff to better communicate and understand each other. Our goal is to serve our patients efficiently, promptly and diligently. It is a joy for us to watch children grow and we are honored to share this journey with our families.

| Appointments and Cancellations |
Office Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line (770) 795-8783 and select appointments.
Our phones are open between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm. During the hours of 12:00pm to 1:30pm the calls are answered by our answering service for emergencies. For after hours, call the main line (770) 795-8783 and the answering service will direct the call accordingly to the on-call nurse or physician. If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on the web page.
We request 24 hour cancellation notice.

| Insurance and Payment |

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.
Wellstar Physicians Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.
All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

| Prescription Refills |
Prescription refill orders can be requested by calling our main line (770-795-8783) and choosing the phone nurse during business hours. All requests are approved by the physician. Antibiotics are not prescribed unless the patient is seen by the physician.
Please allow 48 hours for refill approval. Most medications can be accommodated in that time frame, although certain medications need 7-10 business days for refill.

| Referrals |
Referrals are approved by the physician. Please allow four business days for completion of the referral. Questions and referrals for repeat specialist's visits may be requested by calling our main line 770-795-8783 and choose the referral prompt.

| Hospitalization |
Our doctor has privileges at WellStar Kennestone Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
All pediatric admissions referred to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
