My oncologist made my appointment and worked out all of the schedule for me to obtain a unit of blood. The front desk efficiently checked me in but once in the infusion area they did not have orders. Staff were talking and laughing on cell phones that appeared to be personal and it was a 45 minute wait for them to locate my orders. The staff person I drew was not the most presentable staff one would ask to draw.

Love the friendliness of staff and Dr. Saghafi listened to me very carefully, answered all my question in an accepting manner and even remember non-medical events of my life and that makes me feel very at ease with him. Thank you, Dr. Saghafi.

The entire staff including physician were wonderful. They listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed. My only complaint would be the waiting room was extremely warm, I do not think the ac was working. It was difficult to sit in the waiting room. I saw many patients complaining. I sure if you have lung issue already, then have to sit in a hot waiting room could be difficult.
