Dr. Gephardt earned his doctorate in medicine from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed his residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.Y. He is a member of the Pulmonary Pathology Society, American Medical Association, American Society for Clinical Pathology, College of American Pathologists, American Board of Pathology, United States & Canadian Academy of Pathology, and the Medical Association of Georgia. He served on the CAP's QA Committee. His special clinical interest is lung pathology. Other interests include music, travel and literature.
