Dr. Harper received his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed a residency at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He also completed an internship in internal medicine at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Harper is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
