Dr. Maignan attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, Calif. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her residency at the Montefiore Medical Center, the university hospital for Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein College in Bronx, N.Y.
