Dr. Goff received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Wabash College and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis and his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, at Indiana University Hospital.
Board certified in otolaryngology, Dr. Goff is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Rhinologic Society and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
