Dr. Brown, a board certified invasive cardiologist, received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Talmadge Memorial Hospital. He also has an master’s in business administration from Kennesaw State University.
Dr. Brown’s family has lived in Cobb County since the 1830s. While attending Georgia Tech, he worked part-time at Kennestone Hospital as a cardiac monitor technician. Dr. Brown entered private practice in 1982. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Medical Association, Cobb County Medical Society, and the Georgia Medical Association. He is currently on staff at WellStar Cobb, Douglas, and Kennestone hospitals.
