Dr. Liaugminas earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The Ohio State University and his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Liaugminas is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association.
