Dr. Akinnusi received his medical degree from the Royal College of Physicians in London. He completed his residency at Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, Penn. He then completed his fellowship at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, N.Y. Dr. Akinnusi is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Physicians, American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and the Royal College of Physicians, London, United Kingdom.
