Dr. Meadows received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Mich. He earned his medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.Dr. Meadows is a member-in-training of the American Psychiatric Association and he is a fellow member of the American Medical Association and the National Medical Association. He is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honors Society.
