Dr. Cohen received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Emory University and his master’s degree in biology from Georgia State University. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Cohen completed an internship at the Methodist University Healthcare Department of Medicine in Memphis, an ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and a cornea, external disease, anterior segment fellowship at the University of California in Irvine. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology and is a member of The American Academy of Ophthalmology and The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Cohen routinely performs cataract, corneal, lens implantation and LASIK surgeries.
