I've never done a video call bf and we had some difficulty getting started. I could see and hear the Dr but he could not see or hear me. We tried several different things and it did not work took a good 20-25 minutes to get started. Dr Italiano was very helpful he tried different ways to get us connected. We finally did the call where I could see him and he called my phone and we talked via phone. Even though it took so long to get it to work I did not feel like he rushed it bc we went over. He still took the time explained everything and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with him and liked him very much. I wish all Drs took time like him w/o making you feel like you were in an assembly line.

Yes, Dr. Italiano did a really good job and the staff in the office, were terrifically nice and welcoming and helpful. It was my first trip to the practice, but regarding the Wellstar evaluations that you guys do, they are way too complicated. You ask way too many questions, and then you have to, you know, confirm that the question the answer you put it in is right. You guys need to really streamline this because it's really, very, annoying to have to answer these long questions, especially when somebody calls at a random call at 7:30 at night. Thank you.

Yeah, the nurses were good, doctor was excellent. They change the C PAP mask and they were the nurse was very thorough and explaining it to us, so really not a big deal in anything they did a good job. Bye.
