General Directions

Traveling on the East West Connector – Turn Right onto S. Cobb Drive – immediately take a Left hand turn – Next to BB& T bank – Continue straight ahead – you will see the two story building on your left hand side – parking is in the front of the building.  If you reach Valley Pkwy SE you have gone just a little bit too far

From Cumberland Parkway- Turn Left onto S. Cobb Drive - immediately Left – Road next to BB& T bank – Continue straight ahead – you will see the two story building on your left hand side – parking is in the front of the building. If you reach Valley Pkwy SE you have gone just a little bit too far. Traveling South on S. Cobb Drive – Travel just past the E/W connector be sure to be in the left lane as you will need to turn left, almost immediately after the intersection - Turning Left – At the BB& T bank – Continue straight ahead – you will then see the two story building on your left hand side – parking is in the front of the building. If you reach Valley Pkwy SE you have gone just a little bit too far

Appointments & Cancellations

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hour emergency calls are managed by an answering service and on call provider. If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.
