Prescription Refills
f you would like to request a prescription refill please contact your pharmacy at least a week before your prescription is due for renewal. Please have your pharmacy fax your refill requests to FAX # 678/945-8209.

Prescription will be reviewed within 24 hours excluding Holidays and weekends.

General Directions

East Paulding Primary Care Center is located in Hiram, at the intersection of Highway 278 and Highway 120, in Building A of the WellStar East
Paulding Campus.

From I-75:
Exit 265, North 120 Loop, and head west. Turn right on Whitlock Avenue and travel approximately 20 miles. Whitlock becomes Dallas Highway - Highway 120. East Paulding Primary Care is on the left, just before Highway 278. East Paulding Primary Care Center is located in Building A on the East Paulding Campus.

From I-20:
Exit 44, Thornton Road toward Austell. Travel approximately 12 miles
on Thornton Road - Highway 278. In Hiram, turn right on Charles Hardy
Parkway - Highway 120. East Paulding Primary Care is on the right.
Paulding Surgical Associates is located in Building A on the East
Paulding Campus.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (678)945 - 8200.

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. During the hour of 12:30pm to 1:30pm our phones are on answering service for emergencies.

If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page. If you are a new patient, please call the office at (678) 945-8200 to speak with someone to schedule the appointment.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Hospitalization

Our Physicians have privileges at WellStar Paulding Hospital. If you are admitted as an in-patient at Paulding Hospital, you will be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.

A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.

We take time with our patients and are thorough when explaining their healthcare status and conditions. We are highly motivated to make our patients’ office experience a positive one with the ultimate goal to better their health. Our patients can expect to be treated with respect and dignity in a warm and friendly office environment. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our patients from the first telephone call until their appointment checkout. Our patients’ needs are important to us, so our office telephone is answered 24 hours a day. We also have a triage nurse to help answer patient questions during office hours. All of our physicians are Bridges to Excellence physicians. We also have a Certified Diabetes Educator on staff.

We provide free parking with disability access near the entrance.
