Prescription Refills
For existing patients ONLY! If you would like to request a prescription refill please call our main number and follow the prompts (Douglasville – 770-949-4200; Cobb – 770-819-1435.)
 
 
Prescriptions will be filled within 24-48 hours; depending on the time of the original request.
Referrals
We ask that you contact your primary care physician to verify your referral has been completed and confirm that it has been received by our facility 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit with us.

General Directions

Conveniently located near the East-West Connector and South Cobb Drive. If coming from Austell on the East-West Connector, please turn right onto South Cobb Drive. Turn between the BB&T building and Quizno’s and continue until you see the 2 story brick building on the left. WellStar Bi-County Ear, Nose and Throat is sharing office space with WellStar Pediatric and Adolescent Center. Our suite is located on the far left side of the entrance.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment, please call our appointment lines (Douglasville – 770-949-4200 and Cobb – 770-819-1435).
 
Our phones are open between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM. During the hours of 5:00PM to 9:00AM our phones are on answering service for emergency situations.
 
If you would like to request a reschedule or cancellation of appointment we ask that you contact us 2 business days in advance.

Hospitalization

Our providers have privileges at WellStar Douglas Hospital and WellStar Cobb Hospital. If you are admitted as an in-patient at Douglas or Cobb hospitals, you may also be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will coordinate your medical care. A Hospitalist is an Internal Medicine physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day.

Practice News

We are excited to announce that we now have two additional physicians who have joined our practice: John G. Nino, M.D. and Shalini Kansal, M.D. Dr. Nino focuses on general adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders including performing sinus surgery and sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Kansal is especially interested in the surgical treatment of thyroid and parathyroid diseases. We look forward to growing our practice and being able to further meet our patient needs.

Our physicians are board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery and diagnose and treat a variety of adult and pediatric head and neck disorders. Our physicians are board certified. Our physicians work together to offer some of the most innovative and technologically advanced treatments for ear, nose and throat problems. WellStar Bi-County Ear, Nose and Throat also has an excellent audiology department with audiologists that work closely with our physicians. Our audiologists are available in our locations of Douglasville, Austell, and Smryna. The audiologists perform hearing evaluations and dispense the latest digital hearing aids. We offer state of the art inner ear tests at our Austell location.
