General Directions

From I-75 North: Take Canton Road Exit (#267B). Go west toward Marietta. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Tower Road (WellStar Kennestone Hospital is on the corner). At the next traffic light, turn right onto Plaza Way. Turn left onto White Street almost immediately. We are the second building on the left.

Appointments & Cancellations

Our phones are open between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. During the hours of 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm our phones are on answering service for emergencies.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Hospitalization

Our doctors have privileges at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. If you are admitted as an in-patient, you will be seen by one of our physicians or another physician with whom we take call.
