From I-285 West: Take the South Atlanta Rd exit (#16) and turn right onto S. Atlanta Rd. Turn left at Cumberland Pkwy, which turns into East-West Connector. Turn left at Cooper Lake Rd.
*Please note: If using a GPS system, use street number 4500 N Cooper Lake Rd or enter the intersection of East-West Connector and Cooper Lake Rd.

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are available Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Kindly provide 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page. Please note, this is only a request. Someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to notify you of your appointment time. You may also call our office at 770-333-2027.
If you are a new patient: Please print out and complete the New Patient Forms before your scheduled appointment, so that you can use your time with the doctor to your best advantage.
Hospitalization
Our doctor has privileges at WellStar Kennestone and Cobb Hospitals. If you are admitted as an in-patient at any of these facilities, you will be seen by a Hospitalist Physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.
A Hospitalist is a Physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admissions through discharge.
Practice News
WellStar is pleased to announce the opening of its first Allergy & Asthma practice. Dr. Grace Chiang is a board certified allergist and received her training at the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis. She is now accepting patients of all ages.
About Us
We specialize in the care of asthma and allergic conditions in patients of all ages, from infancy to adulthood. Common conditions treated include allergic rhinitis (hayfever), sinusitis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), food allergy, insect allergy, drug allergy, anaphylaxis, hives, angioedema (swelling), and immune deficiency. We offer skin testing as well as immunotherapy (allergy shots) to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Our goal is to provide the best care possible to you and your family in a warm, friendly environment.
