General Directions

From I-75 North/South: Exit at Windy Hill Road (#260) and go west on Windy Hill Road toward Smyrna until it runs into Austell Road (six miles). Go south on Austell Road approximately three miles to Mulkey Road, right before WellStar Cobb Hospital. Turn right on Mulkey Road and we are located in the first building on the right after the four-way stop.

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. During the hours of 5:00pm to 8:00am our phones are on answering service for emergencies.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Our physicians have privileges at Cobb Hospital.

Cobb Surgical Associates offers advanced outpatient laparoscopic surgical procedures and performs ultrasound-guided biopsies. Bilingual services available by our healthcare staff. We also offer free parking and accessible by Cobb County Transit.
