Referrals will be complete within 48-72hours.

If your child is in need of urgent care or emergency room care after business hours please proceed. Contact our office during the next business day to request a referral. The information that we will need to process your referral will include the date of service, the diagnosis and place of service.

General Directions

From I-75:
Go north on I-575. Take the Bells Ferry Road exit (#4) off I-575. Turn left on Bells Ferry Road. Go to the second light and turn right on Hawkins Store Road. Turn right at the first paved driveway.


Traveling from the North take I-575 Southbound to exit #4 Bells Ferry Road. Turn right on Bells Ferry Road at the second stop light turn right onto Hawkins Store Road, North Cobb Pediatrics is directly on your right hand.

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
 
If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page.
 
We request 24 hour cancellation notice.

Insurance and Payment

Please present the patients current insurance card to the receptionist at each and every visit. This will ensure that we have the most up-to-date and accurate information and be able to assist you in receiving your maximum insurance benefits at each and every visit. Payment is due at the time of service.

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Our doctors have privileges at WellStar Kennestone Hospital.
