General Directions

The office is located two blocks from the Cobb County Transit line. From I-75: Take Canton Road exit toward Marietta (#267B). Travel south one mile to the second light, Tower Road. Take a right onto Tower Road and continue to second stop sign, North Avenue. Turn left on North Avenue and go two blocks. The entrance to our office is on North Avenue. Look for the Kennestone Hospital 220 Building / Outpatient Rehab Center. We are located in suite 150.

Please call our office to schedule your appointment. If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Hospitalization

Our providers have privileges at Kennestone Hospital, Windy Hill Hospital and Cobb Hospital.

About Us

The team of WellStar Rehabilitation Medicine treats people with physical disabilities resulting from illness or accident and helps them regain normal function and their quality of life as quickly as possible. WellStar Rehabilitation Medicine is a primarily hospital-based practice with care provided by Physiatrists board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Our physicians care for patients on the inpatient rehabilitation unit at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. We also see patients in our office and provide the following services: Electromyography, Nerve Conduction Studies, Botox injections, and Intrathecal Baclofen therapy, a therapy using muscle relaxant medicine delivered in the spinal cord fluid to decrease spasticity related to Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, or other Neurological diseases. We offer free parking with several handicap spaces as well as convenient access to our office.
