From I-75 North/South: Take the Windy Hill exit and go west on Windy Hill six miles. Take a left onto Austell Rd. Go 2.9 miles and take a right onto Mulkey Rd. Our practice is located .3 miles on the left in the North Professional Building, Suite 200 (second floor).

Appointments & Cancellations

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. During the hours of 4:30pm to 8:30am our phones are on answering service for emergencies. If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than two business days in advance, we offer online appointment request by clicking the link on this web page.

Hospitalization

Our providers have privileges at Cobb Hospital. Dr. Green also has privileges at Paulding Hospital.
