Registration & Cancellation

Registration is required for all classes and programs unless otherwise noted. Payment must be made at time of registration in order to secure a space in the class. If you choose to send in a check or money order, your restitution will not be confirmed until payment is received and posted to your account. Pre-payment is required for all classes with fees, regardless of location.

Cancellation Policy

A seven-day notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund or to transfer to another class/program. Refunds are not available for some classes/programs, and a voucher to enroll in a future/class program is given instead. If you require special assistance due to a disability recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please give advance notification so that accommodations can be made.

Spirt of Women Event

WellStar Health System is excited to announce participation in our very first Spirit of Women National Signature Event, Spirit Girls? Night Out. We will be hosting a fashion-forward, fabulous, and dazzling evening to inspire women of all ages to move towards better overall health and vibrant living by providing information on leading women?s health issues. This year?s theme is ?Be Dazzling?, and with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we have chosen to partner with Town Center at Cobb to offer Spirit Girls? Night Out in conjunction with their ?Paint the Mall Pink? event being held October 4-7. Spirit Girls? Night Out will have a special focus on breast cancer awareness, but will also provide important information about ?The Other Big C?s?. In addition to the valuable and relevant education, activities such as free health screenings, WellStar information booths, and a ?Be Dazzling? fashion show will be offered. The first 300 guests will receive a ?Be Dazzling? gift bag. Gather your girlfriends, wear something dazzling (a hat, scarf, jewelry or shoes!), and join us for an exciting evening out!
