Arthur Reitman, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Arthur Reitman, originally from New Orleans, is a board certified cardiologist who graduated with a BA in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis in 1991. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, in 1995. After completing his internal medicine internship and residency at Tufts Affiliated Hospitals, he went on to a Cardiology Fellowship at Brown University, Providence, RI.

Dr. Reitman completed an Interventional Fellowship at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City in 2002 and is board certified in Interventional Cardiology. Special interests include complex coronary atherosclerotic disease, including atherectomy devices, novel antiplatelet therapeutics, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Reitman is currently on staff at WellStar Cobb, Douglas, Kennestone and Paulding hospitals. He currently serves as the medical director of the Catheterization Laboratory at WellStar Kennestone Hospital.

Dr. Reitman is married and has three children.


Jaydip Datta, M.D.
Quantum Radiology
Dr. Datta is a board-certified radiologist and internist, as well as fellowship-trained in body imaging. His area of expertise is cardiovascular imaging with computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Dr. Datta led a number of research studies in this field while on faculty at Vanderbilt University and continues to be involved in groundbreaking research at Quantum.

He is an adjunct assistant professor of radiology at Vanderbilt and an active member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Cardiac CT.


Steven W. Oweida, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Steven W. Oweida, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a partner at Vascular Surgical Associates, PC in Marietta, Georgia. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of WellStar Health System and is the current Chairman. Dr. Oweida is Board Certified in Surgery and Vascular Surgery and a Registered Vascular Technologist.

Madhavi G. Jordan, M.D., is a Board Certified physician in General Surgery, specializing in advanced laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Madhavi performs surgeries for gallbladder, colon, adrenal, spleen and anti-reflux diseases.


Michael Andrews, M.D.
Northwest Georgia Oncology
Dr. Andrews joined NGOC in 1991 on completion of his fellowship training at Vanderbilt University. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hemtatology. Dr. Andrews participates at the WellStar STAT Lung and GU Clinics.


Perry Busbee III, M.D.

Perry Busbee III, M.D., is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, as well as other state and local societies. Dr. Busbee regards much of his interest to minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopy, laparoscopic hysterectomy, endometrial ablation, Essure tubal ligation, urogynecology, and incontinence evaluation and treatment.

Dr. Muster is Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. He is the Chief Pulmonary Officer for WellStar Health System and the Chair of the WellStar Kennestone Hospital Department of Performance Improvement Committee.


Scott A. McKee, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Scott A. McKee, M.D., F.A.C.C., is Board Certfied in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. McKee is currently on staff at WellStar Cobb, Douglas, Kennestone and Paulding hospitals. His special interests are in complex coronary interventions, exercise stress testing, echocardiography and platelet biology and function.


Avril Beckford, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Avril Beckford, M.D., F.A.A.P., is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Beckford is President of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and also an outpatient clinical preceptor for the Pediatric Department of Morehouse School of Medicine.


Todd A. Sacks, M.D.

Todd A. Sacks, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Sacks is Medical Director for WellStar Cobb Joint Center. He was one of the first surgeons in Georgia to perform patellofemoral arthroplasty.


Jenny Swift

Jenny received her Bachelor in Health Education from Georgia College and State University. Swift is a member of the National Council on Strength and Fitness and a Certified Personal Trainer, and has always had an interest in exercise and people. She loves working one on one to help others achieve their fitness goals and realize their potential. One of her favorite rewards of being a personal trainer is the ability to be with another person at the moment they realize just how much they can do when they believe in themselves.


Tim Palmer
WellStar Health Place
Tim received his Bachelor in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University. Palmer is a Certified Personal Trainer, and certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His interests vary from sports-specific training to weight loss and lean muscle gain. Palmer believes that exercise is truly a preventative medicine and feels that maintaining a health body is a way of life. “It’s not only about what you do in the gym, but what you do outside the gym that makes a difference.”
